Remini Charged Me ₺1,300 for a Yearly Plan I Didn’t Approve

I canceled my Remini subscription, but before I could take control of the situation, I was suddenly charged ₺1,300 for a yearly subscription — even though I only signed up for the monthly plan. This charge was made without my knowledge or approval, and I absolutely do not accept it.

This unauthorized transaction caused serious issues with my family, and I’m extremely upset about the stress it created. I never agreed to a yearly membership, and I believe Remini took advantage of a technical or communication failure to withdraw this large amount without warning.

I’m requesting a full refund immediately. I expect a prompt response and resolution. Do the right thing, Remini — return my ₺1,300 now.
