Unauthorized REELSHORT-524398886 Transaction: Request for Refund

I noticed an unauthorized transaction on my bank account for 24.59 GBP on 24 October 2026 in the name of REELSHORT-524398886, currently showing as “pending” on my Lloyds account. I have never opened an account, started a free trial or knowingly subscribed to any service related to ReelShort or REELSHORT-524398886. Since I did not authorize this payment and have not received or requested any service from this company, I consider this charge to be fraudulent. I have already informed my bank (Lloyds) about this transaction. I request that this transaction be cancelled or reversed and that the full amount of 24.59 GBP be refunded to my account. I also ask that any possible subscription or automatic payment mandate be cancelled so that no further charges are taken from my card without my explicit consent.
