ReelShort Billing Complaint: I Never Authorized This Payment

Money was charged to my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or consent through the ReelShort app, which I use on my Android phone. Although the app shows weekly payments of 52 TL (approximately $1), a one-time charge of 265 TL (approximately $5) was taken from my account. I did not start any subscription or knowingly authorize any payment.

The transaction appears on my Ziraat Bank card statement under the name ReelShort, and I am concerned that these charges may continue on a recurring basis. I also tried to contact the app or its customer service, but I was unable to reach anyone and my calls were not answered.

I request an immediate refund of the 265 TL (approximately $5) charged without my consent and that any unauthorized charges that could be made to my card through this app be completely stopped. Otherwise, I will consider taking the necessary steps with the appropriate authorities to protect my legal rights.
