ReelShort Apple Pay Purchase Not Unlocked

I recently paid for access on Reelshort via Apple Pay on my phone after seeing an ad on Instagram. I started watching a movie and only managed to watch about seven minutes before I had to stop and come back later. Because the purchase was through an Instagram ad and the title was not clearly shown, I cannot remember the exact name of the movie. A few days earlier I had already paid for and watched a different movie on Reelshort, so this latest charge is a separate payment. The last screenshot I attached shows the exact scene from the movie I was watching when the problem occurred. When I returned, within about an hour on the same day of this latest payment, I could not find any way to continue the new movie I had just paid for. The app did not show me the content I had already unlocked and instead kept asking me to pay again, even though I had already completed the payment. This is extremely frustrating and makes the service feel like a scam, especially since I was shown as a VIP user. I am attaching my payment history screenshot and other proof of my payment and the situation where I cannot continue watching. I request that my access be restored so I can watch the movie I already paid for, or that you provide an equivalent solution that lets me continue the content without paying again, without asking me to pay one more time.
