Reebok Warranty Denied! Month-Old Glide Unisex Shoes Rip


I bought a pair of Reebok Glide Unisex Black sneakers for everyday use. Merely a month post-purchase, the top section of the shoe ripped. I sent the shoes for repair under warranty and paid a total of ₺500 for shipping costs. Yet, the service center declined the shoes and sent them back to me. I spent ₺2200 on these shoes. I request a refund or replacement for the faulty product. I am not satisfied with my experience with Reebok and I wish I had not bought anything from this brand.
