Warranty Refusal for Realme Pro 7 Phone

Because I was experiencing issues such as screen freezing and rapid battery drain, I sent my Realme Pro 7 phone to the Fix Center service under warranty. Deniz, the customer service representative, assured me that there was no need to be concerned and advised me to send the phone in. She told me to write down the password on the screen but didn't tell me the phone would be reset to factory settings. Despite the fact that the phone was still under warranty, the service center informed me that there would be a 470 TL repair charge for software installation. Furthermore, the phone had been opened, which was unnecessary because it had never been opened before. When I asked for a refund, the service center demanded 70 TL, claiming it was for the "free" shipping fee. I paid the fee and received the phone, but the courier also requested an additional 70 TL. As a result, I paid a total of 140 TL. I'm not concerned with the money, but I believe I've been treated unfairly. I will file a lawsuit and share my experience to ensure that others are not taken advantage of by the Fix Center service for Realme and Oppo products.
