I purchased my Realme C61 smartphone on 05/04/2025 from Kozyatağı Teknosa. From the very first day, the phone had a speaker malfunction. Because I moved from Istanbul to Izmir and was busy with job interviews, I could not take it to service immediately. Later, the charging port also failed, and on 08/08/2025 I delivered the phone to KVK Izmir authorized service. When I got it back on 19/08/2025, the speaker problem was even worse than before.
My service form number is 2502426639. During the first repair, they only did a speaker cleaning, which did not solve the issue. On 20/08/2025, I had to return the phone for the same problem. This time, they claimed the motherboard was replaced, but the speaker was not changed, and the sound issue continued. Despite contacting Realme customer support multiple times, I was only redirected to the service center and never offered a permanent solution.
At this point, my phone has been in service twice, I have lost a total of 34 days, and the problem is still unresolved. For a device that is supposed to be brand-new and under warranty, I cannot accept recurring failures. I am demanding a full product replacement or refund. The handling by KVK Izmir service and the lack of proper support from Realme have left me feeling ignored. I expect my grievance to be resolved urgently.
