I have been using my Realme C55 smartphone for about 45 days, and during this time I’ve started to experience multiple ongoing problems. The device frequently freezes and lags, which interrupts even the simplest tasks. The battery also drains much faster than expected, forcing me to recharge far too often.
Even when connected to my home Wi-Fi with a full signal, the internet constantly stutters while streaming, and WhatsApp messages arrive with significant delays. To fix these issues, I tried every possible step: restoring factory settings, deleting apps, and installing updates. Unfortunately, none of these attempts resolved the problems.
I purchased the phone in İzmir Aliağa on an installment plan tied to my mobile line, paying around ₺14,000. While I no longer have the box, I still have the invoice. Overall, I like the device, but these technical problems are unacceptable for such a recent purchase.
I request Realme to provide a clear solution — either through a proper software update, technical service intervention, or, if necessary, a replacement. Please resolve these issues promptly so that I can use the device as intended.
