I’ve been using a Realme C55, and shockingly, I started having charging port issues before even reaching the one-year mark. The phone refuses to charge properly, the battery drains incredibly fast—it can’t even last a full day—and to make things worse, the device heats up excessively, even during light use or charging attempts.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’m still paying monthly installments on the device and have active insurance coverage. How can a phone start falling apart this quickly when I’ve handled it with care? This isn’t some budget throwaway—I expected at least basic durability and performance for the price I paid (₺).
This kind of issue shouldn’t happen on a phone that’s not even a year old. Realme needs to step up and take responsibility for defective hardware. I shouldn’t be left struggling with a nearly unusable phone while still making payments on it.
