I Face Overheating and Battery Drain on Realme C55 After Recent Updates

I have been using my Realme C55 smartphone, but after the last two software updates, the device started showing serious problems. Even during normal daily use, the phone overheats excessively, and the battery drains much faster than before. Previously, the battery could last around one and a half days, but now it barely makes it through half a day. This issue only began after the recent updates and occurs consistently every time I use the device.

To troubleshoot, I deleted several applications, but that did not make any difference. I have not yet contacted customer service or visited a technical service center. Other than the overheating and rapid battery drain, the phone works fine, and I have not experienced any financial loss due to this issue.

I request Realme to urgently release a corrective software update to resolve these problems and restore the device’s original performance. Customers should not be left with severe overheating and battery life reduction caused by faulty updates.
