Ray-Ban Wayfarer Smart Glasses Battery Dies In Minutes - Need Replacement

I bought a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarer Black smart glasses about 3–4 months ago for approximately $450–500 and from the beginning I have been very dissatisfied with the battery performance. Even when they were new, the battery life was not satisfying, but now, after several months, the situation has become unacceptable. Despite fully charging the glasses, the battery lasts literally only around 5–6 minutes, sometimes up to a maximum of 20 minutes, even when I use them only for listening to music. When I try to use the glasses for basic functions such as taking a photo or following the “Charge Your Glasses” video instructions, I receive a message that there is not enough battery to complete the task. In cold conditions in Switzerland, the performance is even worse, and the glasses have become practically unusable. I have also used them in Türkiye and experienced the same general dissatisfaction with the battery. I contacted Ray-Ban directly about this problem, but I did not receive proper support and felt that they were not even willing to talk or offer a solution. Considering the price I paid and the promised abilities of these glasses, I feel that the product is not delivering what was advertised and that the experience is very upsetting. I request that my Ray-Ban Wayfarer Black smart glasses be fully replaced with a properly functioning pair or that the battery be replaced so that I can use the product as promised.
