Rajabets UPI Deposit Not Credited
On March 26, 2026 at 9:09 PM (Indian Standard Time), I deposited an amount of ₹9,999.13 to my Rajabets main wallet using PhonePe from my HDFC bank account ending with 3832. This deposit was made into my Rajabets account with the ID “Ajayja***”. The PhonePe transaction has been successfully completed and the money has been debited from my bank account, but the deposit has still not been reflected in my Rajabets wallet. For this payment, the UTR number is 793292399668 and the transaction ID is T2603262109161803622116. Both PhonePe and my HDFC bank statement confirm that the amount has been withdrawn from my account. Despite this, your support team keeps replying with the same message: “Dear Customer, your deposit has not reached us yet.” Since March 26 I have contacted Rajabets support around ten times, yet I have not received any concrete solution or proper investigation into where this money has gone. I request that this issue be investigated urgently using the above UTR and transaction ID, and that the full amount of ₹9,999.13 be refunded directly to my HDFC bank account ending with 3832 as soon as possible, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong in this transaction. Also the transaction has been showing the name MUNNA L*** instead of Rajabets Company name.
