Quotex Suspended My Account and Withheld My $800 Balance

My name is Saad A***, and my Quotex account registered under the email address imsaada***@gmail.com was suddenly suspended. On the morning of the previous day, I was able to log in and use my account normally, but later that evening, around 7:00 p.m., when I tried to log in again, I received a message saying my account had been suspended.
After that, I contacted Quotex support. They replied that my account was deleted by a unilateral decision of Management under clause 7.12.5 and 1.28 of the Service Agreement, accusing me of using unlawful or dishonest methods involving the bonus system and of hedging trades in coordination with another account on the platform. They also stated that no refund would be provided because my withdrawals exceeded my deposits, and that I am denied service on the platform and not allowed to open new accounts.
I want to clearly state that I have only one Quotex account and I do not trade in coordination with any other account on the platform. I did use deposit bonuses many times, but only in the normal way a regular user would. My cousin has only used my Binance account to deposit and withdraw funds, but I do not control or coordinate any other Quotex accounts, and I am not involved in any coordinated or conspiratorial trading.
At the time my account was suspended, I had approximately $800 in my Quotex balance. I find it unacceptable that my account was suspended and deleted without a proper, specific explanation and without any opportunity to defend myself, and that my balance is being withheld based on broad allegations.
I respectfully request that my Quotex account registered to imsaadal****@gmail.com be reactivated and that my balance of approximately $800 be returned to me, or that I be provided with a clear, detailed, and verifiable explanation—supported by evidence—of the alleged violations attributed to my account. I ask that this matter be reviewed again in good faith and that my funds not be confiscated without transparent justification.
