Quotex Deleted Account After Withdrawal Request And Missing Funds
I had a trading account with Quotex registered under the email address fatima***@gmail.com. On 17 May, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 10,879 USD to my MCB bank account. Despite this large amount and the completed withdrawal request, the money has still not reached my bank. After submitting the withdrawal request, my Quotex account was deleted, and my withdrawal appears to be stuck. Since then, I have been unable to access my account and have no way to track the status of this transaction. I have tried to contact Quotex customer support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that Quotex immediately process and pay my full withdrawal amount of 10,879 USD to my MCB bank account or provide a clear and written explanation of why the payment has not been made and why my account was deleted. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently.
