Quotex Deleted My Account And Refused To Refund
I had a trading account with Quotex registered under the email address tdrmh***[email protected], which I was using from Bangladesh. I deposited a total of 117 USD into this account and, through trading, increased the balance to 152.34 USD. On 24 March, when I attempted to withdraw the full amount of 152.34 USD, my account was suddenly blocked and effectively deleted. After this, Quotex accused me of creating multiple accounts for bonus purposes. I would like to clearly state that while I did open several accounts over time, I never had more than one active at the same time, and I did not engage in any fraudulent activity. Despite this, they used this accusation to justify blocking my account and my funds. Since I could no longer access my account, I contacted Quotex only through their “contact support” link, as they do not provide phone, social media, or live chat support. In my communication, I requested at least a refund of my deposit of 117 USD, explaining that, to my understanding, a company should not block or confiscate a customer’s deposited funds regardless of any alleged rule violation. Instead of properly reviewing my case, they replied in an arrogant and dismissive manner, refused to refund any money, and even told me not to contact that department again. I find this behavior and attitude from Quotex completely unacceptable. I am formally disputing Quotex’s decision to block my account and withhold my funds. I am requesting a full refund of 152.34 USD, which includes both my initial deposit and the profit I gained through trading, as I believe I have the right to both my deposited money and my legitimately earned profit. I kindly ask for my case to be reviewed thoroughly and for my funds to be returned to me.
