I Deposited 950 But Not Credited In My Quotex Account
On 4 July at around 10:00 a.m. Indian time, I deposited 950 INR to my Quotex trading account via UPI on the web platform. The deposit ID for this transaction is 123545029. The amount of 950 INR was debited from my bank account, but on the Quotex side the transaction status now shows as failed, and the money has still not been credited to my trading account. I contacted Quotex support about this issue, and they informed me that the information was forwarded to their financial department yesterday. Since then, I have not received any update, and the money is still not visible in my trading account. I request that my 950 INR be immediately credited to my Quotex trading account without any further delay, and that I be informed in writing once this has been resolved.
