Lacoste Online Order Issue, No Response to Shoe Exchange or Return Request

On March 21, 2025, I purchased a pair of Lacoste shoes from your online store. After receiving the shoes and trying them on, I found that they were uncomfortably tight and did not fit my feet properly. Because of this, I submitted a request for either a size exchange or a return with a full refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response regarding my request. My order number is 2557944621913423. I kindly ask that my request for a size exchange or, alternatively, a return and refund be processed as soon as possible. Please also inform me of the next steps required to complete the exchange or return process.
