Qatar Airways' Incompetent Staff at Sabiha Gökçen Airport

My mother and I were scheduled to board a flight to Bali, Indonesia, at 8:10 p.m. on March 10th, with a layover in Doha. We contacted the consulate for more information prior to our trip, and my mother received a PCR test as well as her second dose of the vaccine as a precaution. We had previously contacted the consulate and were told that we could fly with a PCR test, but we were not permitted to board the flight. The airport staff informed us that they had sent an email to Indonesia and that we could board the flight if they received a response within 30 minutes. They kept us waiting, and we later discovered it was 3 a.m. in Indonesia. They told us we had one hour to decide, but they checked us in, so we appeared to have already flown. We couldn't change our tickets right now. We bought a plane ticket to Antalya, where we would have a layover, and waited until Monday. When we contacted the consulate again, they told us that there had been a mistake and that even if we had the second dose of the vaccine today, we could fly. Of course, we were unable to contact them because no one answered the phone number they gave us and their office was closed. Indonesia imposes a five-day quarantine on those with only one dose of the vaccine, but they did not inform us about it, and due to Qatar Airways, I lost money on my ticket, hotel reservation, and a considerable amount of money. The staff treated us disrespectfully and inappropriately, and I intend to file a legal claim for compensation. They hurt my feelings. Qatar Airways deserves better staff.
