Air Arabia Missed Connection and Bad Flight Experience

During my Istanbul - Bangkok trip with a layover in Sharjah, I faced no issues on the outbound leg. However, the return journey was a nightmare:

The Bangkok-Sharjah flight was delayed by 3 hours, leaving us stranded at Bangkok Airport for the entire duration.
Due to the delay, I missed the Sharjah-Istanbul flight and could only return to Istanbul the next day, wasting a whole day.
The ticket exchange counter had only 2 staff members, resulting in long queues and chaos.
Despite arriving in Sharjah around 14:30, we could only get our new tickets by around 17:00, enduring a wait of about 2.5 hours.
We were told we'd be accommodated in a hotel by 21:00, but were actually transferred to the hotel around 23:00, after an additional 2-hour wait at the airport.
During the wait, no refreshments were provided, and lounge access was denied to many passengers. Only after some passengers informed us about passenger rights did we manage to obtain food vouchers, while lounge access remained inaccessible to many.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I found myself in a dormitory-style setup, sharing a room with two other strangers. Some of my friends ended up in dormitories with up to 40 people, which was highly disrespectful and unacceptable.
Despite adding meal options while booking online, this information was disregarded during the ticket change process. Consequently, I was not served a meal on the Sharjah-Istanbul flight. Thankfully, I had a printout of the ticket details and managed to claim my meal. Otherwise, I would have endured a five-hour journey without food or water.
On a long journey, at least water should be provided complimentary. However, Air Arabia doesn't even offer free water, instead trying to make sales through POS machines during the flight, which is not a pleasant sight.
