I initiated a refund request from my Pusulabet account, but they have not sent my money for the past three days. At first, I was told that the payment would be processed within 24 hours. Later, this timeframe was extended to 48 hours. I waited patiently, but despite this, my money has still not been credited to my account.
The last time I contacted live support, I was told once again to “contact us after 24 hours.” Throughout the live chat process, I encountered an extremely careless and dismissive attitude. No clear explanation is provided, the waiting period is constantly extended, and at some point, the chat is abruptly ended. This is the first time in my life that I have experienced such an unprofessional and stalling approach, and I genuinely feel like I am being mocked.
I am demanding that the refund request I initiated on January 22 be finalized immediately and that my money be deposited into my account without further delay. In addition, due to the inconvenience and disrespectful communication I experienced during this process, I expect a clear explanation and a formal apology. I have been wrongfully put in a difficult position with my own money.
