I Was Treated Unfairly in Big Bass Games on Pusulabet and Got No Support

Since 2021, I have been playing the Big Bass casino game on Pusulabet almost every day with the username “h** b***,” and I have lost a total of around two million ₺. Most of these losses occurred through balances I deposited using the Jet Havale method, and during this time I also made use of various bonuses and campaigns. I believe the games constantly made me lose in the same way, with scatters and winnings repeating over and over, and that no fair gaming environment was provided. I want to state that I experienced fraudulent situations and suffered serious harm because of this. I reported these complaints to customer service many times but never received any response or solution. I am requesting a refund of my losses and that my account be reviewed and permanently closed so I cannot play again. I urgently ask for this matter to be investigated and for my grievance to be resolved.

I played various games (especially slots and live casino) on the site called Pusulabet for about a year and lost a total of two million TL. I constantly lost, especially in games like Big Bass Bonanza and similar ones. There were times when I deposited more than one hundred thousand TL in a single day via bank transfer. My membership name is “Hediye baran” and I have all the receipts for the money I lost.

Apart from the luck factor in the games, I believe the system is deliberately manipulated and is not being run fairly. During this process, I contacted customer service multiple times but never received any response. Also, most of the complaints I wrote on Sikayetvar.com were deleted.

I want no one to trust this site and for no one to experience the losses I went through. I have personally experienced that gambling and such sites cause great harm to people, destroying families and lives. I ask everyone to be cautious of this trap and to stay away from it.

I request that my complaint be seen by everyone and that the necessary investigation be conducted.

I have been playing the Big Bass casino game on Pusula Bet’s own website for a long time. Over four years, I have lost a total of approximately three million TL, and in the last month alone, I have lost five hundred thousand TL. Especially in the period from Friday, October 10th until today, I have lost 17,000 TL. I usually experience high losses such as ten thousand TL within two hours, and despite playing for hours, I have not been able to make any profit. I played all my games from the same device and the same internet connection. From time to time, I also encountered technical problems such as disconnections during the game or being logged out of my account, and I had to log in again.

I believe the games are not operating fairly and that there is cheating or external interference. As for bonuses, either they were never given or the ones given were very basic and did not provide any profit. Also, at certain times, the money I deposited was not credited to my account, and I was victimized in this regard as well. I conveyed all these complaints to Pusula Bet customer service, but each time I received inadequate responses such as, “your luck may change another time.”

For four years, I have been playing for hours every day and night in the casino section of Pusulabet, especially in the Bigbas Bonanza game, and my total loss has exceeded two million TL. My account name is Hediye Baran. During this period, I did not receive any bonus, promotion, or compensation offer. I made all my payments via the jet transfer method.

I contacted the site management and customer service many times regarding my losses, but each time I received misleading responses such as 'one day you will win,' and no concrete solution was offered. Despite my previous official applications, I could not get any results.

I request a refund of all my losses and a detailed review of my account.

I have never won, do you see losing money and making others lose money as entertainment? Then you lose and let us win, let’s see the entertainment... Stop it, all this license stuff is a joke, even if you had a license or morals, you wouldn’t cause trillions in losses. Your only purpose is to make money, nothing else... Thousands of scatters come, no winnings; spins come, no winnings... Your intention is obvious. You’re like a joke, your whole life is full of lies and deceit. It’s been four years, can you show me even one winning? You’ve made me hate this...
