I just realized today that my Halkbank Paraf credit card—used only for small purchases—was charged repeatedly without my knowledge or consent on August 4, 11, 18, and 25, 2025, and September 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2025. The charges, listed under “converter Space ad,” total $210.
I have no idea what this company is and I definitely did not make these transactions. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank’s customer service, canceled my card, and an investigation was initiated. My bank informed me that the process is under review and that I will be updated.
I believe these transactions were likely made online. I am requesting an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges and the cancellation of any subscription or membership that may have been created under my name.
