My Felix Cat Food Packages Were Swollen When I Opened Them

Yesterday, I purchased four packages of Felix beef wet cat food from Çağrı Market. When I went to open them today, I noticed that the packages were swollen and the contents appeared spoiled. Finding all four products in this condition is concerning for animal health and has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I have not yet contacted Çağrı Market or Felix customer service. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and the relevant production and distribution processes to be inspected. I am also requesting an official explanation and apology from the company regarding this incident.
