Pull&Bear Employee Made Disrespectful Comments During Refund Request
Four months ago, I bought a loose pair of trousers from the Pull&Bear store in Ankara Kentpark Mall. The inner thigh area of the trousers started to rip, so I took them to the same store to request a refund. While I was explaining the problem at the cash desk, the store manager, an employee named Aytaç, made disrespectful comments in front of other customers, saying things like “it’s because of your body type. He was not speaking in a way aimed at solving the customer’s problem at all, and his manner and tone were completely inappropriate. When I mentioned the support I had received from a similar brand, he replied, “Then go buy it from there. I told him that the trousers had been bought only four months ago and asked how they could rip so easily. He responded by saying that the problem was my body. When I asked what kind of trousers I should have bought then, he said, “For example, if skinny trousers don’t suit your body type, you shouldn’t buy skinny trousers. This is completely absurd. Am I supposed to ask him which trousers I am allowed to buy? On top of that, the trousers I bought are loose and baggy, a wide model, and there was no usage situation that would justify such tearing. I would like to file a complaint about this employee, Aytaç. Until my grievance is resolved, I will continue to seek a refund, and I will report the inappropriate attitude and language of this employee through every possible channel.
