I Returned All Items but Pull&Bear Has Not Issued My Full Refund

On April 30, 2026, I purchased clothing items from the Pull&Bear online store with a total order value of approximately $258. My order number is 20288153077. I returned all of the items through the shipping carrier, and I verified through the system that the products were successfully received and marked as returned.
However, only approximately $189 has been refunded to my account. There is still an outstanding balance of approximately $69 that has not been returned to me. Although all items were returned without any issues and the return process was completed successfully, I have not received the full amount that I originally paid for the order.
I am requesting that the remaining $69 be refunded to the same account used for the original payment as soon as possible. I kindly ask Pull&Bear to review this matter, investigate the discrepancy, and complete the missing refund without further delay.
