PUBG Mobile Not Running at 120 FPS on iPad Pro M5
On October 24, 2025, I purchased an iPad Pro M5 1TB model from the Apple Store, paying $2,376. As soon as I got the device, I installed PUBG Mobile and noticed that the game does not support 120 FPS. This issue occurs only with PUBG Mobile — I haven’t experienced any performance problems with other applications.
I contacted Apple Customer Service, but they couldn’t provide a clear solution or direction. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game and even used the in-game “repair” option, but the problem still persists. My device is under warranty, and I’ve been in ongoing communication with both Apple and PUBG Mobile support teams.
I specifically request that PUBG Mobile update its system to include this newly released iPad model in its device inventory and enable 120 FPS support as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
