I own a Samsung A35 smartphone, and for the past four days I have been unable to open the PUBG Mobile app. Every time I try to launch the game, one of two things happens: either the screen remains completely black, or the PUBG logo freezes on the display and the game never loads.
I have already tried basic troubleshooting. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and I confirmed that I have enough storage space available on my device. Despite these steps, the problem continues to occur. This is now the second time I’ve faced this exact issue, and it happens every single time I attempt to open the game.
My PUBG Mobile account has paid content linked to it, including Royal Pass purchases and UC top-ups. My account ID is 51340397261. Since this problem began without any update or change on my side, I suspect it may be a compatibility issue with the Samsung A35 or a technical bug introduced by the game itself.
I urgently request that PUBG Mobile technical support investigate this issue, confirm why the game no longer launches on the Samsung A35, and provide a fix or patch so that I can access my account and the paid items I have invested in. Customers who spend money on in-game purchases should not be left locked out of the game.
