PUBG Banned My Account Unfairly After Friend Logged In and Now I Can’t Play

I am extremely frustrated with PUBG and need urgent help. On April 23, 2025, at 10:57 AM, my friend logged into my PUBG account without my permission and caused me to get kicked out. After that, my account was placed into safe mode and banned for 7 days.

This ban is completely unfair because I wasn’t even the one who triggered the security issue. I don’t have any other account, and now I can’t play the game at all because of a situation that wasn’t my fault. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to lose access over something I didn’t do.

I urgently request PUBG Support to lift my 7-day ban immediately. I’m asking sincerely — please understand the situation and remove the ban so I can get back to enjoying the game. Players who respect the rules shouldn't be punished for the actions of others!
