My 6-Year PUBG Mobile Account Was Reset to a New Character Screen

I have been playing PUBG Mobile for six years, but when I recently tried to log into my account through Facebook, I was shocked to find myself on the new character creation screen. All the progress, items, and effort I’ve put into this account over the years appear to have been completely erased.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve spent countless hours building this account, and seeing everything reset without explanation is disheartening.

PUBG support, I urgently need your help to recover my original account with all its progress restored. Please prioritize resolving this issue, as it’s unfair to lose everything due to what seems to be a system error.
