My PUBG Account Has Been Stolen

My PUBG account was unlinked due to a new sign-in method, and I haven’t been able to play for 8-10 months. When I tried signing in again using my Facebook account, it showed a brand-new account with a default avatar, as if a new account was created. I submitted several claims to recover my original account, but each time I received a response saying, "has not been approved." It’s devastating to see my account, which I built with my savings and hard work, taken away while someone else enjoys it for free. They even removed all my friends from the account. It’s disheartening that such a situation can happen despite all my efforts to reclaim what’s rightfully mine.
