I Can’t Rotate the Screen in PUBG After Setting Buttons—Gyroscope Is the Only Option

I’m currently facing a frustrating issue in PUBG Mobile. After customizing my button layout, I can no longer rotate the screen manually—only the gyroscope works for camera movement. This problem makes it almost impossible to play, especially in intense fights where fast screen control is everything.

I’ve tried adjusting the layout again and looking through settings, but nothing fixes it. I don’t know if this is a bug or a feature that changed with a recent update, but either way, it’s making the game unplayable for me. I can’t believe a game with such a massive player base doesn’t have clearer solutions for issues like this.

PUBG support, I’m asking for help. What should I do to fix this? Can you provide guidance or reset my control settings? If this is a known issue, why isn’t it being addressed?
