Segway Ninebot E2 Plus Has Been in Repair for Over 30 Days

I purchased a Segway Ninebot E2 Plus electric scooter from MediaMarkt on October 13, 2025. After only five months of use, the scooter stopped working completely. Because of this, I delivered it to an authorized service center on July 1 for warranty repair.

The service center informed me that the scooter had a main control board (motherboard) failure and stated that this type of problem is commonly seen with this model. However, more than 32 days have passed, and my scooter has still not been repaired. I have also not been offered either a replacement unit or a refund. Even though the legal repair period has expired, I have received no clear update, official explanation, or meaningful solution regarding the status of my product.

Considering that the scooter appears to be defective, I am exercising my consumer rights and requesting either a full refund or a replacement with a brand-new unit. I ask that this matter be resolved promptly without any further unnecessary delays.
