2023 MG ZS Screen Goes Black, Disabling Climate Control and Multimedia

I own a 2023 MG ZS, and the vehicle's infotainment display has developed a black screen issue that prevents me from using both the climate control system and the multimedia functions. Because the screen is no longer functioning properly, I have lost access to essential vehicle features, making the car difficult and inconvenient to use.

I have already taken my vehicle to Bursa Ceketçiler Oto Authorized Service Center on two separate occasions for this issue. Despite these service visits, no permanent solution has been provided, and the problem continues exactly as before. I am disappointed that an issue affecting such important vehicle functions has remained unresolved after multiple repair attempts.

I request that MG Customer Service provide a clear explanation of the cause of this recurring problem and arrange for a permanent repair as soon as possible. I also expect MG to resolve my complaint promptly and restore full functionality to my vehicle so I can safely use the climate control and multimedia systems again.
