I have been using my Profilo BMS623V1 dishwasher for about a month, and from the first day, all my glass plates and glasses have been severely scratched in every wash. My glass items are visibly damaged, and I have become hesitant to use the machine any further. I contacted customer service and the repair department many times. The technical service team visited my home around six or seven times and carried out various checks, including washing tests, salt settings, and water hardness tests. Despite all these interventions, they could not identify a clear cause or offer a definitive solution, and my glassware keeps getting damaged after each use. Although the problem has existed since day one and continues despite multiple service visits, my request to return the product has still not been accepted. This ongoing situation and the lack of a permanent solution have left me extremely tired and frustrated. I demand that Profilo unconditionally accept the return of my dishwasher that scratches my glasses and glass plates and refund the purchase price in full so that my grievance can be resolved.

They called from customer service and requested an appointment to drop off the glass. I told them to first obtain the glass and give the service accurate information, then they can call for an appointment. They said it would be delivered within at most 4 days, but when I called after 4 days they said they would act according to the decision of the Consumer Arbitration Board because I filed a complaint there. We couldn't even get the half‑baked service and test procedures they performed; apparently they could still drop it off if I wanted (which I certainly did not), but I wouldn't get any information unless I called and asked. This is such inadequate, ignorant customer service that struggles just to prevent the issue from being resolved. What a shame.
