Persistent Issues with Arçelik Dishwasher

Two months ago, I purchased a dishwasher, and from the very beginning, the first unit arrived damaged. After a replacement, my second machine has been a source of constant frustration. Despite multiple complaints and service visits, the dishwasher continues to leave my dishes covered in foam bubbles. I've grown weary of the struggle and lack of resolution. Unable to reach the general headquarters or authorized personnel, customer service redirects me to the service team. If exchanging it for a different model is what it takes, I'm willing to pay the difference. Please, I implore you, get in touch with me. My records and complaints are in the system; I'm E**** B**** from Eyüpsultan. The disappointment of my glasses and plates not getting properly cleaned is disheartening.
