Amazon Prime Video Android App Blocks Account Deletion With Broken Links

I wanted to delete my Amazon Prime Video account today via my Android phone, but the system practically prevents account deletion. When following the steps to delete the account in the app, it indicated that a confirmation link would be sent to me and that the deletion process would not take place unless I clicked this link.

However, the link provided in the confirmation email appears hidden as asterisk symbols, and when clicked, it does not open at all. Because the link is broken, I cannot delete my account, making me feel as though the system is forcibly trapping me in a service I no longer wish to use.

I demand that Amazon Prime Video permanently delete my account by providing a properly functioning and accessible account deletion confirmation link, and that the necessary technical fix be made regarding this issue.
