I Face Missing Points on Prime Opinion After Completing Surveys and Games

For the past 3–4 days, the points in my Prime Opinion account have been credited incorrectly. First, the points from a game I played were not added to my account, and today, the points from a health-related survey I fully completed were also not credited. I was supposed to receive 63 points from the game, and I even progressed to levels in the 80s, but my total points did not increase at all. I don’t remember the exact number of points for the survey, but despite completing it, I received no points.
My username is Sevim k**. I access Prime Opinion through Google Chrome on my Android phone. I currently have 350 points and need to reach 500 points to withdraw cash. I contacted the support team, but their responses seemed auto-translated and dismissive, offering no real solution.
I am requesting that the points from all levels of the game I played, as well as the points from the most recent survey I completed, be properly credited to my account.
