Prime Opinion Not Paying Users With A Technical Error Excuse

I am writing regarding an unresolved issue I experienced with PrimeOpinion’s points and rewards payout system. On 31/03/2026, I attempted to withdraw 555 points, equivalent to $5, via PayPal in Kenya, but a technical error occurred during the withdrawal process, and the transaction did not go through. Since then, I have contacted PrimeOpinion customer support, but I have not received any effective resolution, and the service I received from support has been poor. My issue remains unsolved, and I still have not received the payout. I kindly request that my $5 payout be processed successfully or that my 555 points be properly restored if the transaction failed, and that I be given a clear explanation of what caused this technical error. I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
