In the Pragmatic Play “Saray Rüyası Santas” game, I have been experiencing a serious issue for the past few days. I deposited 200 TL, and my balance quickly increased to 600 TL, but then all of my winnings were instantly taken back, leaving me with no real chance to win. It feels like the game gives a little but then takes much more back, causing constant losses of deposited amounts.

My username is E*. I contacted customer service about this issue but did not receive a satisfactory response. I request in-game compensation and a resolution to my grievance.
