Paid for Postegro Monthly Access, Still Blocked

I purchased a monthly membership package to view private accounts, and I cannot view anything at all! No private profiles are accessible, and it still shows "0" blocked accounts even though I paid for access. This is completely unacceptable.

I paid good money for this service, expecting to be able to see these accounts, but I'm getting absolutely no value for my payment. I normally follow accounts, but I specifically bought this package for the promised feature, and it's simply not working.

Postegro, you need to rectify this immediately! I demand an urgent and full refund of the fee I paid. You are clearly not providing the service you advertise. Process my refund now and stop defrauding your customers!
