I paid for Postegro, expecting to access private accounts, but every time I try to view one, I get an error message with excuses like “this account has changed its name” or “this account is unavailable.” No matter what, it doesn’t show anything.

If Postegro cannot provide the service it promises, why does it charge users? This is misleading and unfair. I feel completely scammed for paying for something that does not work as advertised.

I demand that Postegro either fix this issue immediately or issue a full refund. Customers should not be charged for a service that fails to function properly. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible!
