I Subscribed to Postegro Lili but No Accounts Opened and I Can’t Cancel Membership

Just about five minutes ago, I purchased a subscription through the Postegro Lili platform using my bank card. Right after the transaction, I realized that the service doesn't actually work—none of the private profiles I was promised access to are viewable. I immediately tried to cancel the membership, but there is no clear option to do so.

Worse, I’ve been unable to contact Postegro Lili’s support team. There’s no functioning communication channel—no email reply, no in-app support, and no refund process visible. I feel deceived and trapped in a paid subscription that provides no service whatsoever.

I am demanding the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of the amount I paid. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further steps through legal and consumer protection authorities.
