Instagram Login Fails on Postegro Lili, Premium Subscription Not Accessible
On September 30, 2025, I purchased the weekly Premium membership of Postegro Lili through my Apple account for ₺249.99 and received the payment confirmation. However, when I enter my Instagram login details in the app, it constantly asks me to log in again and shows the error message: “Your account has been disconnected, please log in again.”
In addition, when I click on certain sections of the app, I receive an “error” warning, and I cannot access my account or activate my membership at all.
I have proof of payment from my Apple account. My Instagram account does not have two-factor authentication or any extra security settings enabled. I tried to reach Postegro Lili customer service but could not find any contact number. I also have not reinstalled the app yet, because my subscription has not been activated and I do not want to risk making the issue worse.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the Premium membership I paid for be activated.
