Trendyol Delayed My Neoflam Cookware Refund for Over Three Months

The Neoflam cookware set I purchased from Trendyol last year was defective. I sent it back on November 2 for cancellation and refund. Customer service assured me that I would be informed about the refund or product replacement within the legal 20-business-day review period. However, three months have passed, and I have neither received the product nor the refund. This delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. I even provided all the necessary details and followed up multiple times, but I haven't been able to make any progress. I feel mistreated. Because of promises to call back, nothing has been taken. They keep stalling, claiming they cannot resolve my issue. Just refund my money or send the product already—enough is enough.
