Trendyol Delayed My Neoflam Cookware Refund for Over Three Months
The Neoflam cookware set I purchased from Trendyol last year was defective. I sent it back on November 2 for cancellatio...n and refund. Customer service assured me that I would be informed about the refund or product replacement within the legal 20-business-day review period. However, three months hav
