I am a Parimatch user from India with account ID 397808292, and I am facing an issue with the withdrawal options on my casino balance. Until recently I was able to withdraw via bank transfer, but today the bank transfer option has disappeared from the withdrawal methods, and I have not been able to use it for more than 12 hours. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this situation, but the reply I received seemed automated and did not provide a clear or legitimate explanation for why the bank transfer option is missing or how it can be restored. I request that the bank transfer withdrawal option be enabled again on my account and that I be allowed to withdraw my casino balance via bank transfer without further delay, along with a clear explanation of the reason for this issue.
