I Face Disrespectful Treatment And Wrong Order At Popeyes Antalya Terracity

I visited the Popeyes branch inside Antalya Terracity Mall around 7:00 PM on April 6, 2026, during my work break as a mall employee. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected. When I approached the staff to place my order, I was told to complete the payment through the main self-service screen. As soon as I mentioned that I wanted to pay by card, the staff’s attitude immediately became condescending and dismissive.

Despite this uncomfortable interaction, I proceeded with the payment. However, the menu I received was incorrect and did not match what I had ordered. Due to this issue and the staff’s behavior, I requested to speak with the manager. Shockingly, both the staff and the manager responded with smiles that felt mocking, showing no seriousness or willingness to resolve the issue.

This kind of treatment toward customers—especially fellow employees within the same mall—is completely unacceptable. It raises concerns about whether this behavior is a general attitude problem or reflects a deeper, discriminatory mindset. I expect a full investigation into this incident, appropriate action to be taken against the responsible staff, and a clear, formal apology to ensure such disrespectful behavior does not happen again.
