Point Blank Permanently Banned My Account for Cheats I Never Used

I have been playing Point Blank for more than 10 years and have spent a significant amount of money on my account. About an hour ago, when I tried to log into my account, “archelonn,” I discovered that it had been permanently banned for allegedly using cheats, without any warning or reasonable explanation.

I have absolutely never used cheats or any similar programs, so I believe this ban was issued in error. My account, which I have spent years developing and significant amounts of money on, has been unfairly shut down in this manner. It is extremely frustrating to see legitimate players being penalized like this while many people who actually use cheats in the game continue playing without consequences.

I request that all logs and records associated with my “archelonn” account be thoroughly reviewed and that my account be immediately restored if the investigation confirms that the ban was issued incorrectly. Players who have invested years of time and significant amounts of money into the game should not be unfairly penalized. I ask that this ban decision be carefully reviewed and corrected.
