PUBG Mobile Issues 10-Year Ban for Cheating Caused by Account Hack

I am writing because my PUBG Mobile account was banned for 10 years after it was hacked, and the hacker used cheats on my account. As a result, I am now permanently banned for actions that I did not commit. My account was compromised without my knowledge, and I had no involvement in using cheats or violating the game’s rules. Despite this, the ban was applied to my account, and I am being punished for something I did not do. I respectfully request that my PUBG Mobile account be reviewed again, that the hacking incident be taken into account, and that the ban be lifted so I can regain access to my account.
