Pocket Option Fails to Process My USDT Deposit

At 07:49 on August 22, 2023, I initiated a $14.20 USDT deposit from my Binance TR account to my Pocket Option account. Despite the background process and receiving a Bep20 address for deposit, when I returned to Pocket Option after a few seconds, instead of completing the deposit, the app showed only graphs. Neither Binance TR nor Pocket Option reflected the deposit, leaving me out of $14.20. They didn't even record the transaction in Pocket Option's transaction history. If my funds don't appear in my account today, I will take legal action and file complaints with all relevant authorities, providing evidence.
